The staff was helpful, and I found the location convenient for walking to different places. It met my needs.

I found the breakfast coffee disappointing. It was not good at all. The room I had did not match the pictures online, and that was quite upsetting. The bar and public areas were smaller. They looked nicer online, too.

The bar area seemed much smaller than it was in the photos. It felt a bit cramped. this detail was not clear during the reservation process and added unexpected costs. the high cost without breakfast felt excessive for what was offered.

accessible staff planning help great vibe

the team were very accessible. they helped us plan our days, too. brianna and diego deserve specific recognition. our room was gigantic. the vibe in the whole place was great.

the hotel didnt include breakfast. the high cost makes it feel more important to clarify.
